If you don't see the exact item that you would like, don't worry, I can make something custom just for you. Depending on the project, the wait time for a custom order can be 2-6 weeks. Most earrings and tassels can be shipped within 1-2 weeks.

THE CUSTOM PROCESS:

1) Click on the "Request a Custom Order" link underneath the photo on a listing or the "Message Mary-Nell" button.

2) Let me know what item you are interested in and what modifications you would like made.

3) I'll send you photos of leather to select from.

4) Once all options and price are agreed upon, I will set up a custom listing detailing all of your choices so you may purchase it. This may require many messages to make sure we are on the same page.

I can order just about any color you can imagine: pebble, grainy, smooth, metallic, floral, camo, striped, plaid. Yes, leather can come in all of these types. Just convo me the color you are looking for and I'll send you photos of the leathers I have access to in that color. I have photos of many of my leathers on my Facebook page. I am required by the State of Louisiana to collect and remit sales tax on any order shipped to a Louisiana address.

Etsy also collects and remits sales tax for many other states based on their state laws.

I ship all orders USPS First Class Mail within 1-3 days and they typically arrive within 2-5 days after mailing, anywhere in the continental US. All packages will be shipped with insurance. If your package is lost in the mail, a claim statement/affidavit signed by you will be required. This is a form document that will be provided that allows you to indicate loss or damage.

I treat the back of most of my leathers with a leather treatment product that prevents the ability of "fuzz" to transfer to your clothes.
